Account Deletion
You can delete your account and its associated data at any time. Here is how.

1. Delete from the app
Open the app and go to Settings › Account › Delete account, then confirm. Deletion is processed immediately.
2. Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email a request to contato@virextech.com.br from the address registered on your account with subject 'Account Deletion'.
3. What gets deleted
Your profile data, preferences and user-generated content are permanently removed.
4. Retention
Data required by legal or tax obligations may be retained for the period required by law and then erased.
